nice tutorial! but let me point one small thing out:
Nebulae are huge amounts of stellar gas and dust and usually they're full on new born stars and that's why they are luminous.
So it's not correct to see the shadow of a planet on a nebula. ;)

but i was trying to show that the center of light was the very middle of the nebula.. shadows ARE optional, just like everything else in this tutorial :)
